25 minutes

After lifting I did 25 minutes of aerobic cycle on the stepmaster for 106 floors. It was hard, but I'll do another 100 or so tomorrow I think. I haven't been lifting in the legs much, just doing aerobic workouts in Beth's classes. We did couples yoga last night too. It was surprisingly fun and easy.

Total floors--an even 700
