Two days ago I did a 30 minute stair climb of 136 floors. It hurt. Yesterday I took Beth's circuit training class and realized I need to be in the kind of aerobic shape that she's in to compete better in this thing. I need to be able to get rid of all that lactic acid that accumulates as I exercise. I need to increase exercises on top of lifting with little to no rest. The hardcore training shall begin mid-January. For now, I'm going to head over to the gym and see what I can get tonight. Probably no more than 15-20 minutes.
