I'm about to head out for another workout so I figured I'd put in what I did previously. I need to do more aerobic legs work, that's all there is to it. So I'm going to do some sort of squats with lighter weight but a lot more reps, and then move into something else right away. Then hopefully I can finish up with more steps.

1559 + 86 = 1645 floors
